Historic Preservation

Land3 Designs performs authentic historical renovations, including restorations and additions of new spaces, with particular emphasis on achieving a new design that is compatible with the original elements. The principals have extensive knowledge of historic architecture and of the original ideas and proportions that make it distinctive. Cedrick has served on the Monroe Historic Commission for over 12 years.

Funding Assistance

We can assist with obtaining the necessary funding for your project. We are happy to assist with the completion of all Capital Outlay Request, Farmer's Home Administration Applications, Community Block Grant Applications, HUD forms, United States Department of Agriculture Grants or Bank Loan Applications for your Project.

Design Build

For those clients who prefer single source responsibility for both the design and construction,

we offer Design Build Services by teaming up with a local qualified General Contractor. This establishes firm cost much earlier in the project than traditional design/bid/build.

Fire Marshal Assistance

We are the building code Nerds! Many Owners and Contractors come to us for Code Advice.

Often, we are able to save them thousands of dollars with our full understanding of the codes.

All of our designs meet or exceed the International Building Codes and NFPA Life Safety Codes.

Sustainable Design

Sustainable design is an environmentally sensitive approach to conserve our natural resources. Many opportunities exist during the design phase that can result in positive benefits for decades to come.
