The firm has performed facility audits of dozens of school districts in Northeast Louisiana, some of the largest buildings on the ULM Campus including Fant-Ewing Coliseum, the Monroe Civic Center for the City of Monroe, the Parish Libraries for the Ouachita Parish Library Board of Control, The Courthouse for the Morehouse Parish Police Jury, The Courthouse and Correctional Facility for the Ouachita Parish Police Jury and many more.

Construction Administration

Construction Administration continues to support the client’s vision, ensuring that the project design is smoothly transitioned to concrete reality.

We monitor the project closely during the construction process to guard the Owner against defects or unnecessary change-orders. We authorize payment to the Contractor only after the work is performed.

We truly care about the end result and we act as the owner’s representative to perform on site observation and to insure that the construction adheres to the design intent of the drawings.

Masterplanning

The Firm has extensive experience developing long range building plans for library boards, school districts, developments, businesses, neighborhoods, fire districts, municipalities, police juries and public bodies.
