In 2009, Gardner Denver made a commitment to expand its existing facility in Monroe and needed a 90,000 Square Foot addition within 6 months. Our firm was selected to design the facility due to the “fast-track” process and the need to complete the design within 45 days. The $ 4,850,000 Project was constructed within the 180 day completion schedule during the Fall & Winter of 2010.
