As President of Herbert Land Architect Inc., Bill has over 25 years of professional experience. Bill has the distinction of being the only third generation architect to serve the area.

Bill’s diverse background includes all phases of architectural practice delivering virtually every building type. He holds national NCARB certification, and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects.

Bill believes the practice of architecture should be an enjoyable experience which produces work that benefits Client, Architect, and Community.

Bill Land takes pride in developing a thorough set of bid documents and frequently has projects resulting in no change-orders.
